Anita Briem and Anisa Butt
Anita Briem, an Icelandic actor, is a household name. Anita Briem is a Icelandic actress. Her most well-known role is playing Jane Seymour, the young woman who is to become the 3rd Queen of Henry VIII on the television program The Tudors. The acting career of Briem began with the National Theater Iceland when she was a young girl of nine. When she was in her home country Iceland she was involved in numerous plays, radio broadcasts and TV programs when she was a child actress. Briem, then 16, went to London and took part in an production called Lenin In Love for the New End Theater. When he was 19, Briem was accepted at the famous Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) which is where she studied for the next three years. She obtained a degree in Drama and also the John Barton Prize in the category of Scenic Fight. While studying at RADA was a participant in several shows, which included The Cherry Garden by Anton Chekhov and the Bernarda Alba's House written by Federico Garcia Lorca
